Shipping Policy


We offer free shipping on orders over $50, unless a special free shipping promotion is running. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) at our Massachusetts facility. Shipments are sent via USPS, with delivery typically taking 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that while USPS delays are rare, they are beyond our control.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. Please email our customer service team at support@merigoldkids.com with a description and photo of the issue, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Return Policy

We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you’ve worn your jewelry and are not completely satisfied, please contact us – ensuring your happiness is our top priority.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, email us at support@merigoldkids.com within 30 days of delivery. Only unworn items are eligible for exchange.
