Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on orders over $75, unless a special shipping promotion is running. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) at our Massachusetts facility. Shipments are sent via USPS, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We also offer UPS and FedEx delivery options.
Please note: shipments to Alaska and Hawaii often take longer than the estimated delivery time and in general - while USPS delays are rare - they are beyond our control.
What’s your return window?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. This applies when the item arrives as expected and without damage.
How do returns work?
If something doesn’t work out, you can return your item for a refund of the item price.

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund.

Want to try something different? We’re happy to help.

Exchanges are based on availability.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Just email us at support@merigoldkids.com with your order number and let us know if you’d like a return or an exchange. We’ll guide you through the process step by step.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
That’s on us. Please reach out and we’ll make it right, including shipping.
Are any items final sale?
Final sale and personalized items can’t be returned or exchanged.
