Shipping Policy


We offer free shipping on orders over $50, unless a special free shipping promotion is running. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) at our Massachusetts facility. Shipments are sent via USPS, with delivery typically taking 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that while USPS delays are rare, they are beyond our control.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. Please email our customer service team at support@merigoldkids.com with a description and photo of the issue, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, email us at support@merigoldkids.com within 30 days of delivery. Only unworn items are eligible for exchange.

Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may vary. If you have worn the jewelry and are not fully satisfied, or if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us at support@merigoldkids.com. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost. Your happiness is our priority.
